Matt Lounsberry

He is a Menard County native and lives in Oakford with his wife, Ashley, and their four children. Matt is very familiar and knowledgeable with the Menard & Sangamon County area. Matt sells agriculture equipment for a local dealership. He is very active in the community as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Village of Oakford and organizing community gatherings. Matt is also one of the founders and Vice President of the Menard County Men’s Club, a nonprofit organization that raises money for projects in Menard County and makes charitable donations to the local parks, schools, food pantry, and anyone truly in need. Through Matt’s experience in sales, he has developed strong skills with negotiating, problem solving, and contract accuracy. Due to his own experiences with buying real estate, he decided to get his license to help others avoid making the same mistakes that he has experienced and wants to make sure that each client has a smooth and easy transaction as possible.
